My Program:
Well Im not very good at following diet plans so im just trying to control my calorie intake, have little to no sugar, and make better choices.
My Excercise plan is really great Im using the Power 90 DVDs and they have already helped me lose 20lbs (done just before i joined sparkppl) but before that i was losing weight beacause of illness and stress, so im trying to lose the lbs the right way now : ) : )
Personal Information:
Well I'm 19 and up until the end of my Jr. Year of highschool i was the same weight 140lbs, and then i went through a two year emotional rollercoaster and i was almost 200lbs before i knew it!!!!
Other Information:
I love Photography, Writing(when the inspiration is there), Music, Movies. I have a webshots account with the same user name as my sparkppl name, so photographers feel free to go and comment on anything you see ***fit*** : )
