    emoticon Welcome back to Champions in the Kitchen! As one of your ML's (Motivational Leaders),
    I will be challenging you each week in the "Warm Winter Motivation" Forum.

    First, I challenged Chefs and sous chefs (those new to the Kitchen) to meet fellow teammates. This week I challenged everyone to concentrate on their FREGGIE consumption this week. You can see these challenges under the "Warm Winter Motivation Forum" Even though we will start a new challenge Saturday, these threads will remain if you so chose to do them as well. I encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to improve your health. I will try to make them simple, fun, and different each week.
