This is killing me. I can only imagine how her family is taking her passing. The tears won't stop. I loved Marilyn. What a great lady! Please stay in touch. I have been reading your blogs. They are wonderful.

Found the info elsewhere. Again, I'm so, so sorry for Marilyn's passing.

I'm so sorry for your loss and all of our loss. Marilyn was a marvelous woman and a light in so many eyes. If you are open to it, would you please sparkmail me with some possibility of how to reach her family so I can send my condolences to them? (And a donation to the American Cancer Society). Sending love to you and all who loved her.

Mini-Challenge for you: “Just A Little ... Adds Up”

Do little, metabolism-revving activities briefly throughout the whole day … like getting up to stretch, walking around, side-stepping at your desk, squats during commercials, you get the idea. Sneaking in just 5-minute exercises 6 times a day actually burns more fat over a 24-hour period of time than exercising for 30 minutes straight. Resting between bursts of activity prompts your body to use fat for fuel. So keep doing those little things … they add up to big things, like good health & fat loss! GO CHAMPIONS!!! emoticon emoticon
