I live in the beautiful upper peninsula area of Michigan. We receive lots of snow in winter, which for us starts in October and usually ends in May. Married. Work full time for a university in the Development Dept as a Research Analyst. Two step-sons and MeeMaw to four beautiful grandchildren of my heart.
WELCOME Champions, to the Kitchen! Your "Mini-Challenge" for the week is to smell a lemon or orange every morning. The aroma should give give you energy! In fact, warm water & lemon juice in the morning is said to be good for you (although I haven't been able to bring myself to drink it yet)
