    Something important is happening next week and for the life of me, I simply can not remember what it is. Hey, I forgot to ask, do you have sparks flying out of your shoes when you walk? That was the effect I was going for. ;)

    You are my hero!! My progress graph looks something like this.../\/\/\/\/\ One day I am way under my calorie, fats and carbs and the next I am way over. My diet "evaluator" says that I am really screwing up my sugar. Well, that could be why I feel like passing out everyother day and my meter reads 30. UGH, I will get this straight and I am making a commitment to myself and announcing it to the world that I WILL ENTER A GYM TOMORROW!!!!...and possibly work out. I think it will be easy to work out, it's just passing over that threshold that I seem to have a problem with...oh, and consistency. I have been doing the strength building exercises when dh is not home (saving myself some embarrassment) and my derrière is getting firmer and I have lost three inches in my waist, but I gotta commit to this cardio. I have been trying to do things I enjoy, like mowing the yard (being outside,plus my tan is kickin), but I can only do that once a week. Oh well, I will get it figured out I just try to envision myself with no saddle bags....
