Before beginning Sparkpeople and Chalean Extreme I was very unhappy getting dressed everyday, and even let that stop me from doing things outdoors with my son, in order to avoid being frusterated with clothes that didn't flatter me. I got fed up with it, and let my 5 year Anniversary to Cancun be the motivation to get in gear, after all I certainly wasn't going to be happy celebrating it feeling like this. Then I got started in tracking what I ate and exercising daily with Chalean Extreme and the first thing I noticed was my obliques were starting to get hard, and my waist was getting smaller, that was all it took to convince me that I can do this. Since then I have been working out regularly with strength and cardio training and I'm finally feeling good putting clothes on, and I even have bigger aspirations to put more muscle on. If I had to pick 3 people who's bodies I apsire to have it would be CHALENE JOHNSON, KELLY RIPA, and JENNIFER ANISTON, I love muscle now and never thought I would be that girl who wants to get ripped. The Best part is I am even more motivated to do this not just for me, but to do it for my family and to pass on the things that have inspired me, to other moms who are at home hiding in their PJ's. So in 2011 I will be certified in Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle, so I can motivate others and do something that I've always wanted to do, and thats help others. What's great about all of this is that it has changed my way of thinking, and has opened so many doors for me that I wouldn't have otherwise even considered, I became a Beachbody Coach and now help others in their journey, I am surrounded by people who are positive and motivate me to Do More, and Be More. I continue in this journey now, not just to feel good in my clothes, but to feel confident with who I am and continue to keep my family as my #1 priority.

My Goals:
Eat Clean and continue to add muscle to my body so that I can keep burning calories efficiently, and continue to do cardio workouts to melt the fat and become a leaner, tighter me.

My Program:
Track my calories on sparkpeople, Strength training 3 days a week with Chalene Extreme, Cardio 7 days a week with Turbo Fire (can't miss a day of exercise otherwise 1 day turns into 2, then 3, just something I've learned about myself along the way. )
