Hi ya'll just a simple SAHM that is a country girl. My faith, husband and my 2 kids are my life. My short term goal is to learn how to cook healthy and long term goal is to lose weight and maintain the weight loss to watch my grand children graduate. I am a bodacious plus size woman but I want to be a curvy thin healthy woman not just "plus size" anymore!

My Goals:
Learn how to cook tasty healthy foods, lose 100 lbs in 1 year.

My Program:
Basicaly watching calorie and fat intake each day. I walk 6 days a week. Then I proceed with a sledge hammer workout and then a vigrous cardio workout for 5 days a week and take Sat. and Sun off. Sunday is my fee day I eat what I want but in VERY small portions so I don't feel so deprived al lthe time and that's about it.

Personal Information:
If you can't tell from the "Hey ya'll" yes I am a country girl from the south and lets face it the south loves anything fried in butter and bacon fat. I have a wonderful husband that support me in every way with my weight loss and 2 wonderful and beautiful children that I want to see get married and have children one day. I love to cook for people so learning how to cook healthy is a serious challenge for me. That is the one thing I have always been proud of was my cooking. So this is a new welcoming challenge!
