I'm a 34 year old wife and mom. My son is 16 months old. We are planning another one but haven't started trying yet. I got chubby even before I had my son. I make poor eating choices and I sit around all day at work and all evening after my son goes to bed. I have met two goals so far, first to visit this site regularly, and second, I bought a scale. Now I need to get into action.

I live in Maine, I am 34, married, and have a toddler. We also have two dogs, Ranger (standard poodle) and Annie (mini schnauser). I work in insurance. (I know... boring!) I've got more than 50 ponds to lose.

Favorite movie: Fried Green Tomatoes (Do you think it is a coinsidence that my favorite movie has food in the title??)

hi sara! well, i've been working really hard, getting about 1100 cals a day, but making sure i get all my protein, fats, fiber and stuff, veges too. drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water is a must. which means that i drink atleast 14 8 oz glasses a day. and i strength train 3 days a week, and get cardio everyday, maybe not so much on sunday. and there are many times where i don't want to do it, but i make myself do it, and not flop thru it but make it count. i do all this from home since i am a stay at home mom. i just don't see any other option for me , but to suck it up and git r done. lol. i'm not going to let myself fail this time. oh, and definitely join a competitive challenge :)

Yes we went out for halloween. Kaylee was Uniqwa from the backyardagins. We go to down town belfast the police block off a street an all the kids go. We chased a dragon, a elephant spider man and tiger lol Kay loved it! Bree was a poo bear pumpkin who resembled budda lol thanks 4 saying i motivate u! good job on ading in the exercise!!!!

Hey! Great work adding ur challanges! How is ur weightloss journey comming? Im finding myself very motivated, I am in training to become an aerobics instructor. Today was my first class where I was training. It was cool then I went for a 180 min walk with my friend kristy...needless to say im not moving! lol HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! what are you doing for halloween?

i will check out your group :) i was looking to make sure that people are getting into message boards and taking advantage of all spark has to offer :) i don't want anyone to feel left out or that no one cares, so i'm thrilled that you have a comfortable place here. some people need a boost :)
