Fabulously Fit

My name is Cheryl and my goal was to be Fabulously Fit at 40. Ehhhh.. I was fabulous, but not totally fit. I'm now 42 and still on the weight roller coaster. I am beyond ready to get off this daggone ride! lol. So, instead of beating myself up, I plan to just dig my heels in and get busy. I'm not telling anyone this time around. I will only be held accountable to ME, MYSELF and I.

I made it to 117.6. Woohoo! Not only have I met a goal weight, but now I get to enjoy my mini spa day tomorrow. Mani, massage and facial. Ahh! Can't wait!
