Under Reconstruction

When I was in my 20's I weighed 165 and thought I was fat.

When I was in my 30s I weighed 185 and thought I was fat.
I looked at old pictures of myself and thought "wow, I really looked great back when I was in my 20s!"

Now I am in my 40s and weigh 220, and think I am fat. I look at old pictures of myself and think "wow, I really looked great back when I was in my 30's. Why didn't I appreciate what I had?"

Ten years from now, I don't want to be ...

Ten years from now, I don't want to be weighing 250, and wishing I appreciated what I had in my 40's. I want to appreciate it now! I have the body I was given and just this one precious life. Time to make the most of it!

I got a Coke Zero at around 3:30, and that helped for about an hour, but then I was starving again! I think I'm just in the hungry part of my cycle right now. I wound up overeating by a few hundred calories but nothing terrible, and I worked out yesterday so I'm sure that influenced my appetite. Hoping today is better!

I add hemp hearts to fruit and yogurt and they taste okay..but I am really impressed with the high protein content....7 g per 2 tbs or something like that...cool!
