I'm 28 and have been trying to lose close to 100 pounds for about 8 years and have not been succesful. (I've been overweight longer than that but I never really tried to lose weight until I was 20). I'm here to make the commitment to a lifestyle change that I previously wasn't willing to make.

My Goals:
My main goal is to live a healthy life.
My weight loss goal is 99 pounds.

My Program:
I'm tracking my food intake and trying to keep my calories between 1200 & 1300. I'm also exercising 20 min 5 days a week. I'm trying really hard to not just count calories but to truly be eating healthier.

Day by day, choice by choice, you will be below 200 too :) Just remember to take it one day at a time. I know it can get overwhelming and seem like you are going nowhere, or at least that is what it feels like at times to me. but now looking back, i'm like... where did those two months and 20 pounds go. :)
