My Goals:
My starting weight is 65kg (143 lbs) and my goal weight is 57kg (125 lbs)

I want to start slowly because it's the first time I try to lose weight and I don't know how I'm gonna do at this diet thing.. So I have to lose 18 pounds (and get rid of those ugly fat thighs of mine) by July 13th 2010 (my 26th birthday)

My Program:
- Eat at regular times (no more snacks all day long and not being hungry when lunch/dinner's ready)

- Drink more water, less soda

- Eat more fruits/veggies

- Work out at least 3 times a week (Strenght & Cardio)
