My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to have the health and energy I need to happily and easily take care of my busy toddler and growing baby.

My secondary goal is to feel good in my own skin. I want to be comfortable and confident again.

My Program:
1. Eat mostly fruits and vegetables and drink more water. Green smoothie anyone?

2. Lift weights 2x a week

3. Cardio 5x a week

Reward System:
5 lbs: manicure
10 lbs: pedicure
15 lbs: facial
20 lbs: massage
25 lbs: body treatment
30 lbs: spa day

Personal Information:
I live in a beautiful valley at the foot of the Rocky Mountains.

I have two kids: a toddler and a baby.



Other Information:
I love reading, writing, singing, sisters, jumping on trampolines, rollercoasters, hiking, wildflowers, rain, and rice crispy treats.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Glad you got in your workout. I know 1.5 to 2 hrs is a lot! I don't want to be a fanatic or anything. An hour of exercise a day is plenty for me, occasionally 1.5 but 2 is over the top, in my opinion.

HI, thanks for commenting on my blog today. I find when my hubby buys junk food that I have to bite my tongue. He is really good to eat clean with me and never complains about the meals I fix but then he has a lot of processed food that makes me want to scream at him. It is a lifelong habit for him so it is very hard to change. The kids are another thing altogether so I try to take it one little victory at a time. That is all I can do. Have a great day!
