Sistah of Size to Sistah Slim!
My thoughts and challenges as I become the slim sistah I'm meant to be.... I lost 84lbs on Weight Watchers and now that my financial situation has changed I am doing it solo! I forgot my way for a while there, but I remember how happy and healthy I felt to be practicing good self care. I need to get my groove back!

My Goals:
I wanted to lose 95 more pounds, look and feel healthier. I want my outside to be representative of my true self. As of 8/12 I have lost almost 84 lbs ( I am 166lbs) and I would like to lose 36 more to reach a goal weight of 130lbs.
My Program:
I am a former Weight Watcher, and trust me I have done them all, sometimes twice. I lost 50 lbs in 7 months. I am currently working on the last 26 by eating NO processed foods (Clean Eating/power foods), cardio 5 times a week, strength training 3 days a week. Currently crushing on:Dr. Ian K. Smith's Shred: The Revolutionary Diet
Personal Information:
Married with two children, a teacher and a motivator. I am a gamer mom who spent a lot of time in the past playing MMO's. And eating take out at my computer. Now I balance this with healthier eating, less time gaming (even though i still play), and a more active lifestyle.
Other Information:
There isn't even enough space to plug my favorite authors, video games and musical artists.
