    Its so great to get to know you here on SparkPeople! Wow, I just read your Daily Connection post on SPClass of Sept 19-25,210 and I am so excited, you did great on the 4 mile run! Keep up the good work.
    I have gone over in serving sizes on my journey to a healthier lifestyle too! Its ok , We are here to help you small steps at a time. Your logging it in so that great because you are being accountable for it. That run burned a lot of calories, so your doing just fine. emoticon

    here is a little tip for you(Exerise, exercise, exercise! Exercise increases your metabolism and burning off excess fat. When is the best time to exercise? Our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, so 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, before dinner will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.)

    Yellow, Green, Red and Blue
    All good teams, tried and true
    Yellow has won the test
    By showing us how to be the best
    But don't let this win go to you head
    because Green, Red, Blue may cause you dread
    Fired up these teams all are
    Rallying their warriors from near and far
    So you better not think that you are an automatic shoe-in
    Because Teams Green, Red and Blue really want to win
