[[A New Year A New Me]]

My goal for this year is to not sweat the small stuff, to not let bad people make the quality of my life bad! My life is what I make it. They can never change that. After losing two pregnancies in 2011 my new goal for health/weight is to stay as healthy as I can for any possible future pregnancies. My goal for this year is to not sweat the small stuff, to not let bad people make the quality of my life bad! My life is what I make it. They can never change that. After losing two pregnancies in 2011 my new goal for health/weight is to stay as healthy as I can for any possible future pregnancies. There is research that it could be caused by a vitamin deficiency. or could have just followed my first loss almost like a natural "accident" as they call it! Either way I feel like I need to do everything I can to be healthy this year in preparation for the day they tell us we may start trying again. September 19th 2012.

Hi, Marie!

Thanks for stopping by. Well, you had asked what kind of foods I eat on a daily basis. For breakfast, I usually have a protein shake, for lunch, I have a big bowl of oatmeal with flaxseed, wheat germ and blueberries, my afternoon snack is usually a mini whole wheat bagel with two tablespoons of all natural peanut butter, dinner is chicken and veggies and then a couple of hours after dinner I'll have about 200 calories of cookies or chocolate covered pretzels - gotta have some junk food in there! But I make sure I don't eat my last food too late and I drink 9 glasses of water daily, three quarters of which is consumed during the first half of the day.
