Thanks for stopping by. Well, you had asked what kind of foods I eat on a daily basis. For breakfast, I usually have a protein shake, for lunch, I have a big bowl of oatmeal with flaxseed, wheat germ and blueberries, my afternoon snack is usually a mini whole wheat bagel with two tablespoons of all natural peanut butter, dinner is chicken and veggies and then a couple of hours after dinner I'll have about 200 calories of cookies or chocolate covered pretzels - gotta have some junk food in there! But I make sure I don't eat my last food too late and I drink 9 glasses of water daily, three quarters of which is consumed during the first half of the day.
