My Goals:
...to love myself again. To play with my boys without dread. To fit in my size 4s or even better, go shopping for size 2s. To run without feeling death in the first 200 yards...

My Program:
Cardio in short bursts. Hard for 60 seconds, lite for 120. Repeat till you puke.
Strength training on total gym. Love that machine!
Watch my diet...but I do tend to overeat.

Personal Information:
Hi y'all! I'm from Georgia. I have 2 boys, 6 and 11. I'm in EMS, though currently not practicing. I love the outdoors, mountians to the ocean, it's all great. Infact my fav cardio is a hike/ jog in the woods. My fav foods are yeast bread, spaghetti w meatballs, and chocolate cheesecake...hence me being here!

Hello there. I hope you won'tmind, but Ihave added you as a friend. When I first started here, I was in a power chair! 5 minutes was the bestI could do. I would add another 5 minutes about every two weeks. I have had to start over several times because of health issues. This time I started ion January and now I do between 90-120 minutes a day. Tiny steps get you where you want to go!!

I started with the 6-8min workouts that came with the gym. I did one each morning along with a 10 min cardio workout. On the weekends I do the two longer ones on the dvds. I also do the Ab crunch routine 2 times a week. For cardio I do several different dvds. (One of which is a tabata workout which I learned from you)! :) I have lost 14 pounds so far; I am halfway to my ultimate goal! How has it been going for you?

That's great! I've had mine a couple weeks. It is awesome. I have the ab crunch attachment, so I do 100 every morning. If I could get this fat off, I know I'd have great abs lol! What workout routine are you following? Would love to be 5lbs lighter.

I noticed that you have a Total Gym. How long have you had it? I just bought a total gym a month ago and I absolutely love it so far! Since I started exercising on it, i've lost 5 pounds!
