Hello there. I hope you won'tmind, but Ihave added you as a friend. When I first started here, I was in a power chair! 5 minutes was the bestI could do. I would add another 5 minutes about every two weeks. I have had to start over several times because of health issues. This time I started ion January and now I do between 90-120 minutes a day. Tiny steps get you where you want to go!!
I started with the 6-8min workouts that came with the gym. I did one each morning along with a 10 min cardio workout. On the weekends I do the two longer ones on the dvds. I also do the Ab crunch routine 2 times a week. For cardio I do several different dvds. (One of which is a tabata workout which I learned from you)! :) I have lost 14 pounds so far; I am halfway to my ultimate goal! How has it been going for you? 1536 days ago
That's great! I've had mine a couple weeks. It is awesome. I have the ab crunch attachment, so I do 100 every morning. If I could get this fat off, I know I'd have great abs lol! What workout routine are you following? Would love to be 5lbs lighter. 1611 days ago
I noticed that you have a Total Gym. How long have you had it? I just bought a total gym a month ago and I absolutely love it so far! Since I started exercising on it, i've lost 5 pounds! 1613 days ago
