"It is never too late to be what you might have become." ~George Eliot
Hello, my name is Steve. My short term goal was to reach 200 lbs. My long term goal is to develop a all-around healthier lifestyle. (Still working on it) Also, I want to be able to run a 5K, 10K, and marathons in the future. I would also like to look great, too. I am currently in my final year of a graduate program in counseling. One of the first things I have learned is that I need to take good care of myself. SparkPeople has given some great tools to do just that. ...

One of the first things I have learned is that I need to take good care of myself. SparkPeople has given some great tools to do just that. Drop me a line and give any tips, encouragement, or advice you may have. P.S. I want to mention that I am happily married to a wonderful woman whom I love very much.
