Hello, my name is Steve. My short term goal was to reach 200 lbs. My long term goal is to develop a all-around healthier lifestyle. (Still working on it) Also, I want to be able to run a 5K, 10K, and marathons in the future. I would also like to look great, too.

I am currently in my final year of a graduate program in counseling. One of the first things I have learned is that I need to take good care of myself. SparkPeople has given some great tools to do just that.

Strength training on MWF

Cardio 3 to 4 times a week, ususally THS
