This isn't all-or-nothing. It's moderation!
I, Sara, pledge to live my life healthy from this day forward. I will stop looking at my habits like an all-or-nothing lifestyle. I will live in moderation and enjoy life as it happens. My Goals:
Place top 10 in my age division of a 5k before I graduate in 2011. hard? yes!! but i want it. Workout consistently every week. Make healthy eating choices everyday. Fit into a size 4 and maintain!
My Program:
training for lots of 5k's doing HIIT workouts and 4-5 mile runs - Weightlifting Class 3x/wk - 1400 calories a day, minimum 100g of protein - limiting alcohol to 2 drinks per week
Personal Information:
I'm a college girl in Iowa with dreams of moving to Chicago, Phoenix, AZ or Southern Cali shortly after graduation in 2011. I am completely single after a nasty breakup with my high school boyfriend a year and a half ago. And I've already lost 20 lbs thanks to sparkpeople!
Other Information:
I have an extremely open personality, sometimes I tell people too much about me! I'm very outgoing and love sports, except basketball. I used to pitch Division I softball and miss it terribly! But my life is academics now, and soon my career, with fitness on the side!
