The weight won't fall off because you wish it too. You have to work hard and say no and resist the junk even in times when you just don't know if you can. Motivation doesn't come first, the effort does, and then the results bring motivation. So keep going and one day you'll look back and wonder how it all came off so fast. My Goals:
Place top 5 in my age division of a 5k before I graduate in August 2013. hard? yes!! but i want it. Workout consistently every week. Make healthy eating choices everyday. Fit into a size 4 and maintain!
My Program:
Minimum 1800 calories a day while breastfeeding; B-300, L-500, D-500, 2-250 calorie snacks. Trying to cut out as much processed food and sugar as possible.
Personal Information:
I'm a mother of a beautiful little boy and can't wait to graduate with my 2nd bachelor's degree in August 2013.
Other Information:
I have an extremely open personality, sometimes I tell people too much about me! I'm very outgoing and love sports, except basketball. I used to pitch Division I softball and miss it terribly! But my life is academics now, and soon my career, with fitness on the side!
