I love food, seriously, right now I have open tabs for Saveur, Food52 and Kitchn. I read about it, I cook it, I work with it, I eat it. I have two bad habits I am trying to break: eating bad/junk food and eating meat when I don't know how that meat was raised. I have 40 pounds I want to lose and I feel like it may never happen. First step, quitting the binge/emotional eating. Next step, incorporating exercise in 6 times a week.

Can. She. Do. It?

Oh, did I mention I ...

Thanks, mama! Off to the gym to get on the elyptical and watch trash tv (the only time I'm allowing myself this) and then going to the farmers market. I fell off hard yesterday and today marks the first day of the rest of my soon-to-be-more-slender-days. Woot!

Thanks for the friend add! We definitely have similar weight loss goals-- 185/190 to 145!! I remember being 185 and thinking I had so long to go and sometimes feeling discouraged about it, but I am SO glad I stuck with exercise & eating healthy, because 1.5 years later, it has paid off. So don't get discouraged-- you can definitely lose 40 lbs!! emoticon
