Trashing the pounds - take next...
Trashing the pounds, trashing the pounds, oh goodness gracious I am trashing the pounds!!! -------------------------- -------------------------- What are my habits now? 8+ water every day. \- mostly consistent controlled portions \-- 'cheating' currently using Jenny Cr**g exercise \-- flubbing on this.. instead of 10 every day, I am between 20-45 minutes 2-3 times a week. Here is my new goal - consistency! --------------------------

My Goals:
145 lbs is nice! So is a size 12, no matter the weight. My favorite goal; to be able to run around and play whatever with the teens again: basketball, etc without killing myself in the process!!
My Program:
I am following the goals I set, adding more fiber and so forth and working on following the exercises (or similar) that have been set out. I look for alternatives that do not use equipment so I can do them whenever: work, by the TV, etc.
Personal Information:
Mother of two, one still at home. Geek IT type for way too sedentary (But I AM changing that!) and living in the Midwest - whodathunk I would live in the Bible belt... huh.
Other Information:
A journey of 1000 miles still begins with but one step.
