I saw your blog about the size pants you would like to be and i can tell you sizes have changed. When I got married 27 years ago i weight 128 and wore a 10. Last year I was 199 and I barely got into an 18. I too hoped to get into a 12. today I weigh 135 and am wearing a 6 something I never dreamed about I was praying to get into a 12. SO you see work hard. Slowly increase your cardio and you to can get into what ever size you want. JO 3285 days ago
Welcome to SparkPeople. You joined on my birthday! I saw your post about allergies to fruits on the 'favorite cookbook' thread. What are your reactions when you eat fruit, if you don't mind me asking? I've shied away from almost all fruit except apples because many of them have always made my mouth 'fizzy' but I don't know why. Just curious. Good luck with your goals. 3288 days ago
