My Goals:
Just to be able to walk any distance without feeling winded. Eliminate the back ache, less sick days at work.
My Program:
I drink plenty of water. And because I don't really like drinking water, I use the sugar free bottle water flavors like cool raspberry, cherry, strawberry-lemonade, etc. I take the Alli supplement to eliminate the fat. Every little bit helps. I am also using Wii Fit Plus. I love that game. It helps track my workout times, calories burned, and it's fun. Actually it's the first investment in any fitness program that I've stuck with.
Personal Information:
Sunny Southern California Gal, Corona to be exact. On the edge of the Inland Empire but just 1 mile from the O.C. Disneyland is 15 miles away, the beach is 25 miles, the mountains are 35 miles and the desert is about 50 miles, Palm Springs is about 60 miles. So I am just about an hour from everywhere.
