Almost Halfway There!

In the past year and a half, I've managed to drop quite a bit of weight. At my highest I was 204 lbs., but I didn't actually start to use Sparkpeople until I was 191 lbs. With the holidays, it has been so hard keeping up with everything. All I want to do is shop, and eat. I've lost a lot of motivation to exercise, mainly because of a surgery that threw my whole routine out the window, so I am slowly working my way back into it. I never realized how hard it is to get back on track.

I never realized how hard it is to get back on track.

A few months ago, I scheduled a vacation to Mexico. I thought that by now I'd be near my goal weight, but I still have a good way to go because of my setbacks. I have about three weeks until my trip, and I'm not sure if I should put every ounce of energy into my weightloss, or if I should keep going at a steady pace. I'm afraid of wearing myself out, which could cause another setback. Either way, I know that I will continue on my journey, because I have to admit that I've done extremely well. It may take longer than what I opted for, but I know that I'll be where I want to be in the near future.

I'm not doing anything specific...just calories in and calories out. Staying within my calorie range and exercising frequently.

Personal Information:
Right now I'm just focused on becoming a healthy person and becoming the best I can be physically and mentally. I 'm not going to worry about my career goals, or anything else for that matter. Right now, it's just me.
