Hey! I'm Vannah :). I'm here because I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I've been on diet after diet, lost the same 20 pounds probably 10 times, and to be perfectly honest, I'm tired of the repetition. Hey Girl! I see you're making progress - congrats! I know you can do it! You can achieve all of your goals! Just be persistent and be consistent. (If you need a nudge, I strongly recommend the 10-minute daily exercise streak challenge. Just 10 minutes a day, everyday, and you can tailor it to you - cardio or strength...or both...at home, at work, or at the gym...whatever works for you.) --Darren
