MOMTROY...thanks so much for thinking of me! I have been struggling to get on the right meds for my thyroid problem. My frustration over that led me to the decision I needed to step back from putting pressure on myself to lose 2lbs or any amount each week. Because the truth of it was, I had no metabolism to burn anything I was eating. So it was a losing battle. Having said that...I'm on Armour now for the past 4 weeks and feeling great. I'm back down to 213 after shooting up to 223. I hope to be back on the board soon :) Hope you are all doing well! emoticon

It's nice to meet people that have the same things in common when it comes to weight loss. Heck we are even at about the same current weight with similar amounts of weight to lose. We need to encourage each other in order to stay motivated. This is not going to happen over night. We are in it for the long run :) Keep Posting :)
