I've only just begun, so my short term goals are to A. turn these nutrition and exercise plans into habits. B. feel good C. increase energy level D. Then I plan to slowly fine tune my nutrition and adjust my training routines accordingly.
For now and continuing for at least one month, I am doing 45-60 min high intensity interval training with cardio/weight training and building my running endurance.
I'm a mom, a wife, a sister - and very soon to be a new GLAM-ma!
Hi haven't chatted with you for a while. How are you doing??? I'm working my but off (literally) my butt however isn't the part I want to go. You just can't win can you. "That" scale isn't doing much either but I'm losing inches and gaining muscle and my walks are awesome....so I guess I can't complain. Hope you are having lots of success too.
