Long Life

I have done well when I really have tried. However I had stopped trying and gained some of the weight I lost back. I haven't gived up. I just need to work hard and believe in myself. I am a Mom of 3. I have been married to my husband for over 10 years. I love life. I like to do active things. Bike ridding, snow shoeing, fishing, outdoors type things. All these things aren't real fun when it's hard to do them. My youngest will be 3 soon. There's no excuse for not loosing the weight I gained ...

Hello! THank you so much for stopping by and giving me a sparkgoodie. You are doing so well! Congratulations. I wish I had gotten healthy while my daughter was young as I missed out on a lot of her school activities being so heavy. I did not want to embarass her nor was I in such good physical condition in the past 10 years.All I know is I can not look back, only forward and keep on persevering! Yesterday is gone we can not change it, we can only make our tomorrows better.

I read about your progess in the Feb. 1-7 Class team. Wow!! You're doing great. Even when I follow everything "perfectly," I have trouble losing two pounds a week.
20 pounds so far is amazing! And it sounds like you've developed some healthy habits, too. Have fun getting new, smaller, pants. (I think my favorite part is getting new clothes, ha-ha).
