My goals for 2012 are to:
1. lose 25 lbs and maintain it
2. build and maintain a healthy lifestyle
3. be able to do 10 army pushups

On February 4, 2008 when I rejoined SP for the 3rd time, I thought that my only weakness was snacks. In the Month that I went back I found that the MAJOR reasons for my weight problems were are still are:
1. Portion Control
2. Food Choice
3. Snacking
I still need to avoid the snack isle in the supermkt !!!!

I have continued lifting weights and I am enjoy it most times.
There was a time when when after my cardio class was finished
I would sit and watch TV at the gym before I hit the showers to get ready for work, now I use that 30 - 45 mins in the weights room. When Ive stuck to it I have witnessed great results ... mostly in inches lost!!!

GET MOVING:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Monday - 30 mins cardio - weights
Tuesday - 30 mins cardio - weights
Wednesday - 60 mins cardio weights (body sculpt class)
Thursday - 30 mins cardio - weights
Friday - Yoga - 45 mins spinning
Saturday - rest
Sunday - Pilates

EATING RIGHT:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Ive improved DRASTICALLY with resisting temptation mostly because I have found out that Im gluten sensitive so I really cant have the cake burgers and other things that were my vices. I have strated back carying my lunch to work and making sure that I have healthy snacks. Also I have to make sure to eat on time.
