My Goals:
My goal is to become a happier and healthier person.

I am setting my goals in 10 pound increments along with rewards for each time I meet my goal. Haven't quite thought about what I want to reward myself with for all of them yet.

Finally getting on track with SparkPeople: 282 pounds

Beginning weight at starting my 10 pound increment goals: 275 pounds


10 pounds: shiny new scales of the digital variety! ^_^

20 pounds: a new pump for my yoga ball

30 pounds: new hair cut

40 pounds: an elliptical!! (dependent on if we have moved into a new apartment at that goal. if not, the money for it will go into savings until we move.)

50 pounds: a juicer for the kitchen

60 pounds: resistance bands

70 pounds: TBD

80 pounds: TBD

110 pounds: TBD

120 pounds: if I have my PR status, going home to visit my family! if I don'

My Program:
Trying to cook more meals at home that are also healthy. Less going out to eat. More working out. Less processed foods. More fruits and vegetables! More water!
