My Goals:
My goal is to become a happier and healthier person. I am setting my goals in 10 pound increments along with rewards for each time I meet my goal. Haven't quite thought about what I want to reward myself with for all of them yet. Finally getting on track with SparkPeople: 282 pounds Beginning weight at starting my 10 pound increment goals: 275 pounds 10 pounds: shiny new scales of the digital variety! ^_^ 20 pounds: a new pump for my yoga ball 30 pounds: new hair cut 40 pounds: an elliptical!!
