Hi I also read your story and am starting out again after having lost and put weight back on. I never really dealt with the reasons why I was eating and consequently put it all back on. I'm doing the work this time so that I am better able to keep it off. I am reading trhough your blog for inspiration. Thanks for sharing your journey. I agree food tracking at least on the tracker is depressing. I just choose to keep it all in a little notebook. I've tracked before so I have a pretty good idea of what it costs me to eat it. LOL
