Really liked your story! I too have, at this point, lost 70 pounds doing Spark People! I love this website. I still have 25-30 pounds to go to get to a normal BMI and my goal and I know I can do this. Thanks for sharing your story!
Thank you for sharing your story. I have struggled with my weight since I can remember. I would start out on a weight loss journey and then it seems after 2-3 weeks I would give up if I miss a work out or eat too much. I am tired of the struggle. I grabbed a little strength from your story.
