My 500 day project. 500 days where I change my lifestyle for good! Every thirty days I will have new goals to meet on a daily basis. The project where I stop craving food and using food as my comfort and turning to God and His word for my cravings and my comfort. I am tired of sounding like a broken record and it's time to fix it. 500 days is a long, long time, but I have at least 150 lbs to lose to get even close to a healthy weight. I have the best family and friend support this time and I know, this time will be different. It just has to be.

Personal Information:
I moved to Taiwan about a year ago and started off by losing about 30 lbs....and gained some of it back :( I hate being a broken record, but I am DONE!

Other Information:
My motivation is the book "Made to Crave" by Lysa Terkhearst. It has changed my life!
