Welcome to the SnoCo Sparkers. Before starting an exercise program I didn't sleep well either. I thought it was normal! Then I started sleeping thru the night. If I skipped my routine for a few days the insomnia would return so that was how I noticed the difference. Unfortunately, I've been off my routine for a while now and extra hormones aren't helping. I've been sleeping terribly so exercise is definitely in my plan for 2009!
