2. Keep track of everything going into my mouth!!!!!!!!
3. plan meals and prepare healthy snacks

New Years resolution:

1. Stay at lower end of calorie range.
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
3. Exercise 30 minutes a day /3 times a week .

My goal is to eventually weigh at least 135plan on making exercise a habit, right now it is a chore.
