Thanks for your comment on my loosing 2 pounds. Decided after all of my injuries and health problems over the past 8 months I'm taking the long perspective. I'm recording my exercise each month, which isn't much right now, and trying to increase that amount of exercise each month. By the end of 2013 I hope to be in much better shape and ready for another marathon.
