Just to lose some weight and generally be healthier.

Primarily watching my eating and trying to be more active on the weekends. When it warms up, I will do more outdoor activities.

I am a computer programmer by day and volunteer at church pretty much the rest of the time (at least it seems like it).

Thanks for your comment on my loosing 2 pounds. Decided after all of my injuries and health problems over the past 8 months I'm taking the long perspective. I'm recording my exercise each month, which isn't much right now, and trying to increase that amount of exercise each month. By the end of 2013 I hope to be in much better shape and ready for another marathon.
