I'm Megan. I'm a 21 year old junior at Texas State University and a newlywed. My husband and I recently moved back from Houston to our small hometown and are loving being near both our families and old friends again. The big city just wasn't for us. Right now I'm mostly just concentrating on maintaining my weight and getting healthier in general in 2010. I'm happy with where I am weight-wise now but know I could stand to lose 5-10 lbs too.

My Goals:
1. Read my Bible everyday and devote that time to God exclusively. 2. Pray with my husband daily. 3. Eat a good, nutritious breakfast everyday. I have never been big on breakfast but know how important and beneficial it is to a good diet. 4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. 5. Avoid late night snacks/meals. Since I got married it's almost been a nightly ritual for my husband to pop a bag of popcorn in the evening and I just can't help but join in! 6. Floss/rinse with mouthwash daily. 7. Stop drinking soda entirely as a regular drink and think of it as a treat or dessert. Same goes for any sugary drink including some juices and tea. 8. Get between 7-8 hours of sleep per night. 9. Track my calories everyday either with this or my iphone app. 10. Do some kind of exercise everyday whether it be lunges, crunches, jogging, etc.
My Program:
I keep it pretty simple.... Eat well Drink well Move more
