Making time for me
I have a great career, a loving husband, and live in sunny California. Not much to complain about. But I eat too much "comfort food" and make too many excuses about skipping exercise. I need to stop multi-tasking and taking on too many responsibilities, and increase my focus on me. Goals: 1. Simplify my life 2. Increase my physical activity 3. Eat the right foods (in the right quantity)

My Goals:
I'm a 40-something workaholic trying to simplify my life. Long-Term Goals: 1. Lose 65 pounds and get fit by Jan 2012 2. Limit my work to 8 hours a day, at the office only (no peeking at email after hours) 3. De-clutter my house so I don't spend so much time dealing with my "stuff" Medium-Term Goals: 1. Lose 7 pounds by Sept 1. 2. Plan one active outdoor weekend each month 3. De-clutter one room each month
My Program:
1. Walk at least 15 minutes every day 2. Record all of my food, and stick to the daily calorie limit at least 5 days a week 3. Do cardio 30 minutes at least 5x a week 4. For every new thing that enters the house, a similar item must leave the house
