I'm forty-two. I want to lose weight and find time is the enemy because I don't prioritize weight loss or haven't actually prioritized fitness until recently.

So I've come here for general health improvement. If I don't I wind up getting too absorbed in work and then neglect my health and fall into the fast-food morass that is American life in general.

I've started re-reading The Spark on my kindle and I'm going to try and put in a couple workouts a week, some walks, and maybe some running again.


Personal Information:
Looking forward to the spring rains going away. Iowa's wet this time of year and there's some nice walking/running time coming up that I hope to take advantage of... camping too, but not TOO many s'mores!

Thanks for the goodie! That sounds like a lot of minutes, but it is over several years. I've gotten a little more serious about exercise in the last year and set 12.000 minutes my yearly goal. I did over that last year and will hopefully hit it again.

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
