I focus on eatting heathy and only when I'm hungry! I'm not big on breakfast so most of the time I drink a GNC shake. I exercise three times a week. However as of today I have decided to work out five times a week in order not to get sluggish. I focus on weight training and cardio. I am an emotional eatter so I keep fruit and Crystal Lite in my system because it seems to help!!
