My personal goals are to just lose weight without the use of drugs or surgery. I have tried a number of fad diets and other things, but its quite a challenge for me to stay self-motivated as well as schedule it. Like once I'm off its hard to pick back up on it again. So primarily, I just want to lose weight and find a manageable way to maintain it.

~200--get hair straighten by a PROFESSIONAL
~185--buy a cute blazer and stylish purse
~175--new butt-fitting JEANS!
~160--new flower's for my hair and a hair DYE!
~155--mini shopping spree
As of now, I'm researching things to try and what's catching my eye is a detox- cleanser because apparently my insides are HORRIBLE. lol, but that will give me a good start for my first 3 days of this developing lifestyle. Other things, for sure most definitely cut out the soul food and broaden my horizons for other food types. Working out about 4X a week 1hr shall do me some justice as well. But its gonna have to be in the morning when i do that. Oooo! as well as keeping a daily journal that helps me keep track of what i do and eat each day.
