My Goals:
Whew! It is winter and I don't do good in the cold. So my goals are:
+ To enjoy winter: fires, soft blankets, hot chocolate, warm soups, etc.
+ To treat myself special so I don't let stress and cold get to me.
+ To build up my determination. It is dwindling.
+ To focus on being fit for all the fun summer brings: warm days, swimming, beach days, water skiing, cute clothes, fishing, fun in the sun, and anything else that comes up.

My Program:
Exercise 1 hr/day: Cardio (30 min.) & weights (15 min) and
Flexibility (5 min.).

Try to be active later in day with fun things.

Try to do 1 minute fitness challenge each day.

Eat really yummy things within my calorie budget.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle and protect my exercise time from being dropped due to lack of time or cold.

Stay focused: Summer is coming.

Welcome to Panhandle Sparkers. I started with SP and lost 20 pounds, then gained it all back and had to start over. The second time I was even more determined and lost 60 pounds. I've kept it off for 4 years...and I will never go back.
