Welcome to SP Baltimore- saw you on the team page and thought I would drop by to give you a cheer and hope to chat with you... have been struggling this week with getting my exercise in and so today is the day I go for a walk and get back to moving again... it is the first thing that slips and I don't know why because I love my walks... so I am getting off of here and going to enjoy the summer day...Hope you have a great day in Baltimore...

Simlanna - thank you for commenting on my blog, Avocado Ranch Dressing. I haven't tried the recipe yet (just found it and I'm out of coconut milk), but I'm gonna. Doesn't it sound yummy? BTW - If you get that Avocado Chocolate Cake recipe....please share it with me. Especially if it's of the Paleo persuasion! lol
