In summary, my goals are (1) to keep my portions, my choices, my calories under control through regular tracking; (2
) to get my body in shape so I can resume exercise asap; (3) keep motivated by communicating with others on SP. My long term goal is to reduce the strain on my body.

My Program:
tracking what I eat;
finding interesting , healthy recipes;
walking the dog is my only exercise right now until I can get my leg in shape;

reading educational and motivational articles on SP

wow keep it up... it is easier to lose weight in the beginning and you are off to a good start already.... a few months later it is slower but it still happens... the bottom line is I have had success with sp emoticon
