Eat To Live

I'm 5'2" and trying to kick those last pounds that are so hard to keep off of a short stature! I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and view food as fuel for my body. I want to do my part to keep the body that God has given me as healthy as I can.
I have four kids, so my life is full of work and fun!
I LOVE to run, mostly for getting away by myself and enjoying being out in God's creation.

My Goals:
Now that I fit my pre-pregnancy clothes again, I'm trying to fit into those last few outfits that I wore when I was in peak condition.

My Program:
I LOVE running, and also enjoy various workout videos and strength training. I try to fit in whatever I can that works with my schedule and taking care of 4 kids!

Personal Information:
My husband is a pastor, so I strive to help him as much as possible. I'm also a mother of FOUR fun kids, who take most of my time and energy! I homeschool, which is crazy, but I love the flexibility and the added time and influence with my children.

Just stopping by to see how things were going. I've started slacking more and more and it is so much easier now to just not do anything. Since I started school again I've been studying so much I have neglected me again. I'm going to get back to it slowly and surely.

Go to CrossFit.com.. you can search for affiliates there... they also have ALL the exercises with demos on the site for those that workout in their garage.. GOOD LUCK!

I forgot to add... YOU SHOULD TRY CROSSFIT.. hoenstly.. it has changed my life.. I'n the oldest and the fattest person there.. but I don't care and neither do they.. cuz at the end of a workout we're all DYING.. LOL.. if I can answer some specific questions, let me know.. Unfortunately, Spark is not a great resource for what's going on in the CrossFit world..
