Eat To Live
I'm 5'2" and trying to kick those last pounds that are so hard to keep off of a short stature! I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and view food as fuel for my body. I want to do my part to keep the body that God has given me as healthy as I can. I have four kids, so my life is full of work and fun! I LOVE to run, mostly for getting away by myself and enjoying being out in God's creation.

My Goals:
Now that I fit my pre-pregnancy clothes again, I'm trying to fit into those last few outfits that I wore when I was in peak condition.
My Program:
I LOVE running, and also enjoy various workout videos and strength training. I try to fit in whatever I can that works with my schedule and taking care of 4 kids!
Personal Information:
My husband is a pastor, so I strive to help him as much as possible. I'm also a mother of FOUR fun kids, who take most of my time and energy! I homeschool, which is crazy, but I love the flexibility and the added time and influence with my children.
