Loving Me...Again!

Hello! I am an Army wife and have been for the past 15 years. My husband and I have 3 children - 14, 9 & 6. Needless to say, I put myself on the back burner as most moms & wives do.

I've finally decided that it was time to be a little selfish again and do something I enjoy. Working out...call me crazy but it's true. I was going to the gym 5 days a week when my hubby deployed. I am making a commitment to myself to put forth more effort and get back to the gym.

***Even though I initially started my journey almost two year ago, I didn't stay focused or active on SparkPeople like I should have :( But as of November 2014 I have been back on track & am loving every minute of it!***

My Goals:
I'm not so much interested in losing pounds as I am in losing inches. I just want to feel less restricted when clothes shopping.

My Program:
As of right now my program consists of at least 4 miles every day on my treadmill - sometimes I run it, sometimes I walk it. Just really depends on my mood. Although I burn a good amount of calories daily I am lacking strength training. I see a personal trainer in my future to help me with that.
