Just as long as you stay motivated, and have fun exercising you will stay on the right track! Try to focus on how exercising makes you feel in that moment instead of just working out in hopes of losing weight. I find that if you are too anxious out the future outcome of your workout (such as losing weight, or toning up) you'll tend to lose motivation when you see things are not moving as fast as you'd like them too. Just have fun with it, the weight will come off!
