    Morning Pam: Hey, it's looking good - your ticker! It's going down. When I look back and you can too because you have lost alot of weight in the past, it amazes me that we've come this far. I'm trying to reread and go back to doing what I was doing last summer and fall.

    I've added some new photos to my page. We really had fun and revisited places that we'd been last summer. So, I went in and compared photos. What a wake-up call! I need to recommit and get busy.

    I've signed up to run/walk a 5K on Sat. I've been doing a5K in 52 minutes. I asked them if I would be the tail end and they encouraged me that there were 70 year old participating and that we'd stay in a group. So, I'll let you know how it goes. This has given me a goal to work toward. I'd like to run the 5K Turkey Trot in Springfield over Thanksgiving.
