My Goals:
My goal is to reduce my BP and improve my heart health through cycling, lower calories and lower sodium.

I also want to enjoy the outdoors with my 6 year old and start healthy exercise habits for him at this young age by setting a family example.

It's a lot of fun to have a program for adults. In the past the library had a program for children only. I think about two years ago they started doing it for adults.
