My Goals:
I am a teacher and filmmaker. My goal is to lose weight, reduce my BP and improve my heart health through cycling, lower calories and lower sodium.

I want to enjoy the outdoors with my 6 year old and start healthy exercise habits for him at this young age by setting a family example.

AHH new teacher planners are the BEST! I actually make my own, so once I have it printed and the covers laminated and everything bound, I set it on my coffee table where I can see it and pet it lovingly for a few weeks, lol.

The beginning of the school year is always filled with such promise!

I do have a great crock pot - have had it for about 40 years now. My Mother-in-Law got it for me. And it has really been used. It was so easy to put something in it in the morning and then have dinner about ready when I got home from work.

Will get out the little recipe book that came with it - i do remember that it had some good recipes in it that i cooked often.
