Siloulou Getting Fit!

I want to gain endurance. Endurance to last through the day, to exercise, to walk far and run up and down the stairs without losing my breath. And to do an endurance race (on my horse, that is) this spring. For that I need to get fit. I want to lose 20-25 lbs, yes, but I especially want to be strong and fit.

Goal: Lose 20-25 lbs. and build endurance, flexibility and strength. My program is simple - work out at home and DO, not just talk or think about it.

My Program:
Using mostly calorie counting (1200-1300 cals a day), and portion control. Also am starting exercise, including resistance/weights.
